The Aage Hempel Group has the pleasure to announce two important changes in our top management level with effect of 4^th June 2013.

Mr. Les Housley will become Vice President of the group and continue as a Member of the Board. He will represent the Aage Hempel Group at the top level internationally, look for new business opportunities and maintain his personal and professional relationships at the top level with our clients, suppliers and international public bodies in the marine electronic industry worldwide, contributing to defining the strategy of the group.

Mr. Luis Ayala will become General Manager of the group and also a Member of the Board. He will therefore be fully responsible for the day to day operations involved inside the group companies of the Aage Hempel Group and guarantee the best service and sales to our customers and maintain operational relationships with our suppliers and partners.

The excellent position that the Aage Hempel Group has achieved in the marine electronic industry worldwide has been achieved thanks to the hard work and total dedication over the years by Mr. Les Housley as General Manager of Aage Hempel and with the support of Mr. Luis Ayala as Deputy General Manager and the whole Aage Hempel team assembled during the past 2 decades. From these new positions they will continue contributing to make the Aage Hempel group a leader in marine electronics and communications and place us in a position to better support our clients with the highest quality in service and sales.

The Aage Hempel Group has offices in Malta, Portugal, Morocco, Panama, the Netherlands, Gibraltar, and in Spain as Aage Hempel Crame after a recent very successful integration process. We will continue the global expansion in the coming years, based on a sound financial strength, utilizing the power of our own internal human resources and our spirit of leadership, which is based on our service, oriented policy developed by Mr. Les Housley with Mr. Luis Ayala´s support.
